I only want to participate in a part of the EICUG meeting. Can my registration fee be lowered?
No. There is just one version of the fee, and it allows the attendees to take part in the whole EICUG meeting. Only the Early Career Workshop is not included in the fee and needs to be paid for extra.
Do I need to create a new account in the registration platform to proceed with my registration?
No – it is not required.
Can I pay with a credit/debit card?
Yes. You can choose this option during the registration process. In case of any technical problems, please contact us by email at EICUG2023@candela.org.pl.
Can I pay for my conference fee in EUR or USD?
I need invitation letters for the visa application procedure. Could you issue it?
Yes, we can issue such letters to active participants of the conference. To request such a letter, please contact us at EICUG2023@candela.org.pl with a set of relevant information (names, family names according to passport, address, nationality, and passport number). The letters will be delivered in form of a pdf file with a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) that is equivalent to the written form of a signature. The letters will be issued only to participants who paid the conference fee and are not suspected of registering only to get a visa letter.
WiFi connection at the venue?
In the conference venue, participants will have access both to the eduroam network and an open WIFI network of the venue.
Medical support
During the whole conference, a dedicated paramedic will be present at all times to secure the safety and well-being of the participants.
