By train: There are frequent direct trains from Paris (center) to Brussels: SNCF website.
Germany is connected to Brussels via the Thalys trains and ICE (Deutsche Bahn).
Thalys service is also provided from the Netherlands.
Eurostar provides a connection to London.
By plane: The most convenient airport is Brussels International. The airport is connected to the city center through train and buses (see the website for more information)
The website of the public transportation in Brussels is STIB You can find there timetables and a map of the metro/tram/bus lines.
The meeting takes place at the Universite Libre de Bruxelles (campus de la plaine) and at the Vrije Univertiteit Brussel.
On the first day it will be in the N.O. building, in the Solvay Institutes room (link on google maps). Directions: Follow the signs ULB and Physique / Mathématiques (N.O.) to find the N.O.-building. 5th floor of the N.O. building.
On the second day at the IIHE, Building G in the VUB Campus (see map) in the "Neutrino Room" on the ground floor
The closest subway station is Delta (~5 min walk). From downtown (e.g. Central Station) take subway 5 direction Herrmann-Debroux and exit at Delta.
