Each participant will have their own room at Elite Hotel Marina Plaza, Helsingborg. Rooms have been reserved for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. The cost is covered by the workshop organisers.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all included in the stay. This starts with lunch on Monday and ends with lunch on Friday. The cost is covered by the workshop organisers.
If you wish to extend your stay, either including Sunday night before the workshop or Friday night after the workshop, you can contact us. We will then be in touch with the hotel to reserve your room for the extra days. This information can also be communicated to us in your registration form. We will notify you once the hotel has confirmed your modified registration. We will cover the cost of these extra nights.
If you would like to bring someone with you to the workshop, you can pay the hotel directly for the extra cost. We estimate that the cost of bringing an accompanying person with you is as follows (note that these are only our estimates and are not guaranteed):
- Additional person sharing a double room per night: 100 SEK
- Lunch at hotel per day: 200 SEK
- Dinner at hotel per day: 300 SEK
This works out to approximately 2,300 SEK (excluding the workshop outing and dinner).
