CERN Hostel, Meyrin site
We have reserved 50 single rooms and 20 twin rooms at the CERN Hostel, which is situated on the CERN campus.
To reserve the CERN Hostel, please do as follows:
- Fill out the "CERN Hostel reservation form" which you can find in the link below.
- Send it to the CERN Hostel reception: cern.hostel@cern.ch

When filling out the form, please choose “Official Visitor” in the field “Your CERN status” and indicate Kristina Gunne (kristina.ulrika.gunne@cern.ch) in the “Guarantor’s name”. Please make sure you also mention the QTML conference in the field “Any further details about reason to visit CERN”. Please note that the CERN hostel does not accept accompanying persons, only persons who have a work related reason to be on the CERN site can stay in the hostel. Please note that by registering to the conference, we will make sure that you get access to enter the CERN campus where the conference will take place.
