- Early bird payment: March 15 - April 1
- Regular registration and payment: April 2 - May 10
- Abstract submission: Feb 1 - March 15
- Notification of abstract acceptance: by March 22
Registration
There are two steps to the registration process:

Conference Registration (through this Indico platform):
- Early registration opens on February 1, 2024, and will be available until April 1, 2024.
- If you wish to contribute to parallel session, you will need to submit an abstract. To access the abstract and paper submission website, you must log in to CERN Indico. If you don't have an account, you can create a CERN lightweight account here.
- For plenary session speakers, we would also like to request the submission of an abstract. Thank you for your consideration.

Payment:
- We will provide a link to the payment website by March 15.
- We accept payments via both bank transfer and credit card.
- For early registration, payment must be completed by April 1st (23:59, Asia Bangkok Timezone). Completion of payment involves either attaching proof of the bank transfer or completing the credit card transaction within the specified time frame.
- Registrations or payments made from April 2nd onward will be considered regular registrations.
Hotel booking
Please be aware that your hotel booking is a separate process and can be completed before registering for the conference. For details and special offers, refer to the "Accommodation" section.
We strongly recommend that you begin booking your plane tickets and accommodation as early as possible to ensure availability and potentially secure better rates.

These fees include all breaks, lunches and the welcome reception (supported by Chulalongkorn University). For the optional fee:
