Access badge
if you are coming only to the workshop and NOT STAYING AT CERN, then just pick up your badge directly at IdeaSquare.
If you are STAYING AT CERN, and arrive between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m, then you need to collect your badge at Building 55 next to Entrance B.
If you are STAYING AT CERN, but arrive between 6.00 p.m. and 8.00 a.m., you can get inside CERN with your hotel reservation and pick up the badge at building 55 next to Gate B, the next day.
