Description
The 25th TIARA Collaboration Council (TCC) meeting will be held on November 6 and 7, 2023, in the Scientific Council Room of the Henryk Niewodniczański Institute of Nuclear Physics Polish Academy of Sciences (IFJ-PAN), Radzikowskiego 152, 31-342 Kraków.
The meeting will be preferably in presence, although zoom connection will be provided for those who cannot attend in person.
Please, proceed to register in the event as soon as possible to confirm the precise number of attendees to organize the logistics correspondingly.

Accommodation
The local organizers have kindly pre-booked some rooms in two hotels:

Those attending the meeting in person can benefit of these rates by mentioning that they are attending the TIARA meeting organized by the IFJ-PAN Institute in Krakow.

Transportation
Both hotels are located in the city downtown. The journey from the airport to both hotels takes about 30 minutes by taxi. The journey from hotels to IFJ-PAN generally takes about 20 minutes.
The estimated costs of a taxi are:
- from the airport to the hotels, ~ 100 PLN (22 €),
- from the hotels to IFJ-PAN, ~ 35 PLN (8 €),
- from IFJ-PAN to the airport, ~ 50 PLN (11 €).
