Registration

By completing the registration form, the participant accepts the general terms and conditions as well as the cancellation policy and agrees that his/her data may be used, processed and published (e.g., within the list of participants) for organizational purposes of the conference. The participant accepts that the Coti Conference Time will contact him/her by email for organizational matters (e.g., the registration confirmation and invoice) and information related to the conference.

How to create an invoice

Use the password and the username to create your personal conference account. Then follow the system to create a preliminary document for payment.
b)    A preliminary payment document will be sent automatically to your email given during a financial registration, along with a summary of the selected options.
c)    After payment, an invoice will be issued and sent to your conference account “payments & invoices” in PDF format after receiving a payment. If you need further assistance or information about registration procedures, payments and invoices, contact office@coti-conference.com
d)    Please do not pay before financial registration; otherwise, we are unable to match your payment with the registration data. An invoice will be issued for every fee paid and mailed to your email address. 
e)    When you pay by wire transfer, do not forget to add your name or registration number as a reference. It will not be possible to pay by bank transfer after September 20, 2024. Notice: All bank costs have to be paid by the sender. Please use OUR option; it means that you will pay all bank transfer costs. If your bank charges you for a transfer, you will be asked to pay the missing amount.
 
Note: The indico registration will be approved upon payment confirmation.
