A number of rooms have been reserved for EURO-LABS at the CERN Hostel for the meeting. These reservations are for single rooms with bathrooms. For room details and other accommodation options, please contact the CERN Hostel directly at housing.service@cern.ch.
If you wish to take advantage of this block reservation, please indicate this in the registration form and follow instructions there. If you have already made your own reservation at the CERN Hostel, please do not select this option to ensure availability for other colleagues.
Please note that selecting one of the pre-booked rooms in the registration form does not finalize your booking. The final booking and payment must be completed directly with the CERN Hostel by filling out this form word or pdf.
