General requirements
Each poster will be presented on a signle board, whose dimensions are approximately 100 cm wide × 200cm high.
We recommend to prepare and print a poster of size A0 (84.1cm × 118.9cm) in PORTRAIT oriention on the board.
The Organizers will provide all necessary supplies for mounting the posters (tape, clips, etc..).
Once you have the poster pdf file ready, please go to your contribution on indico and uplaod the file.
Poster display times
The posters should be ready for the Cocktail session starting at 16h00 PM on Monday October 28th.
The support stands will be in place already on Monday (28/10) moring (might even on on Friday 25/10 PM - tbc). You should post the poster to the stand corresponding to the contribution ID of your poster.
Presenters are also asked to remove their posters at the end of the session.
Printing
The default is that you print tthe poster at your insitute.
For those who have a CERN account, the Print Service offers the possibility to print it on site. To do that visit the link Poster Printing Request and submit a request. Select the default options: A0 size, Glossy - standard paper.
Note:
Each user is allowed to submit a request and print a single poster
It is highly recommended to anticipate delays and submit your request few days before the event, and no later than Thursday 24/10 in order to have it ready by Monday 28/10.
You can collect your printout directly at the CERN Printshop (B510-R-007).
