Visa requirements
Colleagues from overseas can use the Greek government website to identify whether you need a visa.
Letters of invitation for visa purposes will be available upon request for registered conference participants: please email the LOC, providing an image of your passport with all relevant information visible. Please send such requests suitably in advance, as you may only be able to request a visa at your local embassy/consulate only after receiving our letter.
Invitation letter
Participants who need a letter of invitation to participate in the conference should request it in advance. This does not imply any discount on the fee, neither other expenses coverage.
Due to a large volume of spam requests for invitation letters, we require that requests for invitation letters be sent from institutional email accounts and clearly explain your reasons for attendance. Requests from e.g., gmail accounts, especially if not identified with an accepted abstract, will be ignored.
