2nd circular (11th October 2024)
This is the 2nd circular of the 10th edition of the Asian Triangle Heavy-Ion Conference (ATHIC 2025) that will be held in-person at the MayFair Palm Beach Resort, Gopalpur-On-Sea, Berhampur, Odisha, India on January 13-16, 2025. The conference intends to discuss the recent progress on understanding of the topics relevant to the physics of relativistic heavy-ion collisions from experimental as well as theoretical points of view.
The deadline for abstract submission is open till 15th November, 2024.
We are pleased to announce that the conference proceedings will be published online by the Journal of Subatomic Particles and Cosmology (JSPC), Elsevier. Further, JSPC will award the following prizes:
Best Oral Presentations (Experiment):
1st Prize: Award Certificate + 150 euro
2nd Prize: Award Certificate + 100 euro
Best Oral Presentations (Theory):
1st Prize: Award Certificate + 150 euro
2nd Prize: Award Certificate + 100 euro
Five poster presentations will be selected for flash talks in a plenary session on the last day.

Please note that pre-registration does not need you to submit an abstract or pay any registration fee. Once we obtain your pre-registration data, we will go ahead to obtain prior permission from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), India and will notify you once we obtain this permission. We expect this step to take around 5 weeks. Hence, we request you to complete the pre-registration at the earliest. Once you receive the notification of prior permission from us, you may go ahead with your application for a Visa to enter India.
