Accommodation is possible at the Mayfair Palm Beach Resort which is also the conference venue. We have negotiated with Mayfair and a few other hotels which are within a few minutes of walking distance from the conference venue, special discounted rates for the conference participants. Kindly go through the options mentioned below and send a mail to athic2025-accommodation@iiserbpr.ac.in mentioning your preference for accommodation: your options for the hotel, room type and whether single / shared (double / triple ) occupancy. For those who opt for shared occupancy, if you have already decided the participants with whom you are sharing accommodation, please mention the same in the email and cc the email to their conference registered email IDs as well. We will coordinate with the respective hotels and assist you in the booking process.
There is a possibility of hostel accommodation at IISER Berhampur campus for some of the early career participants (MSc/PhD/postdoc) for which you may apply here:
