Organised through a partnership between the Geneva Health Forum (GHF) and CERN, the Workshop on Global Health will take place on 24th-25th October 2024 at CERN IdeaSquare.
This event will bring together a diverse community of professionals, including policymakers and technical experts from various disciplines, to address some of the most pressing global health challenges. Fostering the co-development of research ideas among participants will be a key focus of the exchanges.
Inspired by the existing applications of CERN technologies and their societal benefits, such as CAiMIRA and BioDynaMo, the workshop aims to identify new uses of cutting-edge technologies and expertise originally developed for fundamental research in the field of global health.
The outcome of the workshop will be presented to the public during a webinar on the 26th November 2024.
