Registration to the conference will open on 15 January 2025
The conference fee will cover the costs for
- Participation to the conference
- Conference kit
- Social event (Girona oldtown visit with guide and transfer included)
- Social dinner
- Transfer during arrival day (morning) and departure day (afternoon) from/to Barcelona or Girona airports
- Publication of conference proceedings on a peer-reviewed journal (see Proceedings)
The payment of the fee should be finalized during the registration for the conference.

BILLING INFORMATION
Participants must specify in the registration form the billing details required for the preparation of the fee invoice; they are invited to check with their administration if the invoice must be addressed to their Institute or to the participant's name.
In case the fee must be invoiced to the institute, it is necessary to provide the exact name of the Institute and the VAT of the Institute
In case the fee must be invoiced to the individual participant, it is necessary to provide the full name, address and tax code (if applicable) of the participant
CANCELLATION POLICY
All refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to the Conference Organizers asapp-chair@lists.infn.it as soon as possible.
The Conference Organizers reserve the right to refuse reimbursements of part or of the whole fee in the case of late cancellations. However, each case of cancellation will be considered separately.
