Oral contributions
All oral contributions will be held in plenay sessions according to the timetable.
- For 25' contributions, please consider 20' talks + 5' discussion
- For 35' contributions, please consider 30' talks + 5' discussion
Presenters should upload their contributions in pdf format no later than the day before on the indico page, after login with the presenter account registered on Indico. For any support, please write to asapp2025@ifae.es
Posters
Posters will be displayed during two poster sessions, either on Tuesday, May 13th or Thursday, May 15th. Poster presenters please refer to the timetable to verify the assigned slot.
The poster sessions will be held after dinner at the conference venue, with a complimentary drink included. On the same day of the poster session, a 1'30'' (sharp!) talk to introduce the poster can be presented during the afternoon plenary session. These "rapid-fire" talks are on a volunteer basis. Poster presenters that wish to present their poster with a "rapid fire" talk should warn the organizers at asapp2025@ifae.es before May 11th, and upload their 1-slide presentation in the indico "Rapid fire" contribution that will be created accordingly.
Travel without poster
For presenters that would like to avoid traveling with your poster to Sant Feliu de Guíxols, we recommend using the pre-arranged printing service provided by the local shop Gràfiques Bigas.

Each participant must individually handle communication and payment with the printing shop. The LOC will collect all printed posters on the morning of May 12.

How to Place Your Order:
Send an email to adm@grafiquesbigas.com (CC asapp2025@ifae.es) with the following:

A WeTransfer (or similar) link to download the high-resolution PDF of your poster, ready for printing.

A bank transfer confirmation for the corresponding amount, using the bank coordinates sent by the LOC to poster presenters by email. If you didn't receive the email, please write to asapp2025@ifae.es

Billing details, including your name and, if necessary, your institute’s fiscal information.
