All the meals (besides the Social Dinner) will be served at Hotel Eden Roc, including:
- coffee breaks
- buffet lunches
- buffet dinners
- welcome cocktail (first-day before the dinner)
The coffee breaks and the social dinner are included in the conference fee.
Breakfast, lunches and dinners are included in the full-board accomodation at Hotel Eden Roc (see Accommodation section for more details).
For attendants not lodging at Hotel Eden Roc, the hotel offers the possibility to purchase tickets for buffet lunches and/or dinners with a cost of 30€ per service.
Buffet tickets must be requested at the address office@bravahoteles.com, indicating:
- the name of the conference (ASAPP2025)
- the name of the person(s)
- for which dates tickets are requested
- indicate for each day whether the tickets are for lunch, dinner, or both
- food alergies
