All the meals (besides the Social Dinner) will be served at Hotel Eden Roc, including:
- coffee breaks
- buffet lunches
- buffet dinners
- welcome cocktail (first-day before the dinner)
The coffee breaks and the social dinner are included in the conference fee.
Breakfast, lunches and dinners are included in the full-board accomodation at Hotel Eden Roc (see Accommodation section for more details).
For attendants not lodging at Hotel Eden Roc (that have the meals included in the Full Board, at a special price), the hotel offers the possibility to purchase tickets for buffet lunches and/or dinners with a cost of 30€ per service.
Buffet tickets must be requested at the address office@bravahoteles.com, indicating:
- the name of the conference (ASAPP2025)
- the name of the person(s)
- for which dates tickets are requested
- indicate for each day whether the tickets are for lunch, dinner, or both
- food alergies
