All the sessions of the Conference will be held in the Hotel Eden Roc****, in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Girona, Spain.
Sant Feliu de Guíxols, nestled along the picturesque Costa Brava coastline in Catalonia, Spain, is a charming Mediterranean town known for its tranquil beaches, historic architecture, and vibrant cultural scene. It is located ~100 km north of Barcelona and ~35 km south of Girona, both hosting international airports.
While the establishment is somewhat secluded, it remains accessible via a 15-20 minute walk from the town center. This fosters an immersive experience in full-board accommodation, while also providing options for alternative lodging.
The hotel features relaxing and expansive garden spaces, terraces, one indoor and two outdoor pools, a private beach, as well as indoor and outdoor bars, offering numerous opportunities for informal interactions beyond the formal conference settings.
The conference room is situated in an independent building within the hotel premises, and offers a breathtaking setting atop a cliff with panoramic ocean views. During the conference, meals will be served at the hotel, featuring its beautiful ocean-view terrace. Meals are included in the full-board accommodation package, which is highly encouraged for attendees. Daily lunch tickets will also be available for purchase at the hotel for those staying elsewhere.
