HOTEL EDEN ROC - CONFERENCE VENUE
To benefit of all the informal discussions and of the fruitful exchange of ideas opportunities that such a place and such a stay could inspire, we strongly encourage to use as accommodation during the conference the Hotel Eden Roc, venue of the conference.
We have pre-reserved 100 rooms of the Eden Roc hotel for the participants of the ASAPP2025 conference, at the following rates:
- Full-board in a double room for single use: €182.50/night/person
- Full-board in a double room for double use: €110.00/night/person
These prices include all taxes except for the tourist tax, which amounts to €1.32/night/person as of April 2023.
The full-board accommodation will not include dinner at the hotel on Wednesday, May 14, as it coincides with the social dinner. Instead, a lunch service will be provided on Friday, May 16, as a replacement.
Attendees interested in having the organizers assist in finding a roommate for a double room may indicate this preference during registration. We will compile the requests and provide suggestions for potential pairings.
To benefit from this offer reservation requests must be addressed until April 11, 2025 and exclusively via e-mail to this address:
Indicating, in the subject "PARTICIPANT ASAPP2025" and including the following information:
- Full name
- Dates of arrival/departure
- Type of room (single/double). If double, name of person they are sharing with.
- Food alergies
- Any special requests such as extra bed or extended reservations beyond the conference week
Hotel payment should be completed at least 1 week before arrival. The hotel will provide a link for payment, valid for 10 days. Cancellation with no charge until 3 days before arrival, to be requested directly to the hotel.
OTHER ACCOMMODATIONS
Given the spirit of the ASAPP conference series, we suggest everyone to stay the full week, and enjoy the beautiful venue by reserving a full-board accommodation at Hotel Eden Roc.
However, even if the hotel is in a somewhat secluded location, it remains accessible via a 15-20 minute walk from the town center, where other accomodation options should be possible. For participants that decide to use different accommodations than Hotel Eden Roc, we offer the possibility to buy lunch and/or dinner tickets, see section Meals for more details.
