Registration, Payment Information, and Support

Registration

There are three steps to the registration process:

  1. Conference Registration (through this Indico platform):
    • Early registration opens on October 1, 2025, and will remain available until April 27, 2026. Your registration ID will serve as the reference number for payment.
  2. Abstract submission
    • If you wish to contribute to parallel or poster sessions, you will need to submit an abstract. To access the abstract and proceeding submission, you must log in to CERN Indico. If you don't have an account, you can use your social account (Google, Facebook, GitHub, LinkedIn).
    • For invited plenary session speakers, we would also like to request the submission of an abstract. Thank you for your consideration.
    • You will be notified of your abstract acceptance by February 16, 2026.
  3. Payment (through our payment platform):
    • We will provide a link to the payment website by November 1, 2025.
    • We accept payments via both bank transfer and credit card.
    • For early registration, payment must be completed by March 16, 2026 (23:59, Asia Bangkok Timezone). Completion of payment involves either attaching proof of the bank transfer or completing the credit card transaction within the specified time frame.
    • Registrations or payments made from March 17, 2026 onward will be considered regular registrations.
