Sponsorship opportunities for CHEP2026 are available at several distinguished levels. We warmly invite organizations, institutions, and companies to partner with us in supporting the 28th International Conference on Computing in High Energy and Nuclear Physics, to be held on 25–29 May 2026 at Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand.
All sponsors of CHEP2026 will receive appropriate recognition on the official conference website, at plenary and parallel session venues, and within conference materials and proceedings. Depending on the sponsorship tier, organizations may also receive opportunities for enhanced visibility, such as exhibition booths, registration waivers, VIP invitations, honorary plaques, and a 20-minute plenary presentation for the highest tier.
CHEP2026 offers six sponsorship tiers—Quantum Computer, Mainframe, Supercomputer, Cluster, Rack, and Node—each designed to provide meaningful engagement and strong visibility before and throughout the conference. We welcome support at any level, and sponsorship arrangements can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your organization.
