Registration
There are two steps to the registration process:
- Conference Registration through this indico platform
- Early registration opens until March 23, 2026 (23:59 BKK time). Regular registration will remain open until April 24, 2026. Your registration ID will serve as the payment reference number.

- After you submit the registration form, the status will be Awaiting approval. It will be updated to 'Complete' once the payment is complete. This may take a few days to a few weeks, depending on the payment method.
- Payment through our payment platform

- We accept payments via both bank transfer and credit card.
- For early registration, payment must be completed by March 23, 2026 (23:59, BKK). Completion of payment involves either attaching proof of the bank transfer or completing the credit card transaction within the specified time frame.
- Registrations or payments made from March 24, 2026, onward will be considered regular registrations.
How to make a payment
- Visit our payment website: https://heppayment.phys.sc.chula.ac.th/
- Enter your email address. We suggest you to use the same email as in indico registration, but not necessary. The system will send you an access key. You will get an email from noreply-heppayment@chula.ac.th with the subject “HEP Payment session”. Please check your junk mailbox if you don't see it within few minutes.
- Copy the access key to the payment page to sign in.
- On the main page, you will see the history and status of your payments. To start a new payment, click “Make Payment” for CHEP 2026.|
- Fill in your first name, last name, and payment reference number (from your indico registration).
- Choose the items you would like to pay for, select the payment method, then click "Next".
Payment methods:

Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

There is no additional charge for bank transfer (although your bank may charge a fee).

For a credit card, an additional 3% fee is applied.

Click “Next” to see the total amount to transfer in THB.

Make the transfer with the following bank information and upload the transfer slip.

The status will be Pending. The organizers will verify the transfer and update the status to Success once it is confirmed. This may take a few days to a few weeks.
Credit card:

After clicking “Next”, you will see a summary page. Click “Make Payment”.

You will be redirected to the payment application. Follow the steps to complete the payment.

If the payment is successful, you will be returned to the payment page with a status of Success.

When you go back to the main payment page (https://heppayment.phys.sc.chula.ac.th/), you will see your payment history.

If a payment fails, please start a fresh payment again from the “Make Payment” step.

These fees include welcome reception, conference dinner, 5 lunches, 9 coffee breaks, and proceedings.
