The Local Organizing Committee can provide limited financial support for students. This support may cover either 50% or 100% of the registration fee, which includes the welcome reception, conference dinner, five lunches, nine coffee breaks, and the conference proceedings.
Students are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation, or for securing separate funding for these expenses. Due to limited resources, we are unable to provide support for travel or lodging.
Students are to fill out this form and ask their supervisor to provide a letter of support by March 23, 2026.
