Scientific program
The conference extends over three full and two half days, starting Monday morning, finishing Friday afternoon.
The workshop consists of one set of plenary sessions, to guarantee that every participant can attend the full workshop program,
Young Scientist Forum
Young scientists are especially encouraged to participate at the workshop, and there will be a block of short plenary talks allowing them to present their work.
Abstracts for YSF talks are to be submitted via the submission form for Theory/ML/etc contributions. The experimental contributions are directly organized through the collaborations.
Poster Session
A poster session will be organized on Tuesday evening. Abstracts for posters are to be submitted via the submission form for Theory/ML/etc posters. The experimental contributions are directly organized through the collaborations.
The poster session is a great opportunity for young scientists to present their research and discuss directly with the experts, while gaining experience and visibility. Furthermore, two interesting prizes will be awarded to the best posters (one for experimental and one for theory posters).
Participants presenting in the young scientist forum are encouraged to also prepare a poster about their contribution.
Q&A Sessions
In some of the evenings, Q&A sessions will be organised where participants are welcome to join, ask questions and discuss directly with the speakers in an informal environment.
Evening lecture
On one of the evenings, we invite all participants to attend an evening lecture by Dr. Ken Mimasu.
Dr. Mimasu is a researcher at the University of Southhampton, and an expert in collider phenomenology for physics beyond the standard model, particularly Effective Field Theories.
The lecture is mainly aimed at PhD students who would like to dive deeper into some topics in Top physics, but everyone is welcome to attend!
