Below is a list of hotels located near Heathrow Airport that we highly recommend. Please note that accommodation options in the vicinity of Royal Holloway are very limited and relatively expensive due to a golf tournament taking place in the area during the same week as the annual meeting. We advise you to book your room as early as June to secure a reasonable rate.

Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 (Poyle Rd, Colnbrook, Slough, Heathrow SL3 0FF, UK | +44 17 5368 6860). You can catch the bus called Hotel Hoppa at Stand 17-18 outside Terminal 5 arrivals. The journey to the hotel takes approximately 10 minutes, and ticket prices start at just £6.80 for a one-way trip, and £13 for a return.
Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport (The Grove, Bath Road, West Drayton, UB7 0DG, UK | +44 20 8759 7777). You can catch the bus called Hotel Hoppa at Stand 17-18 outside Terminal 5 arrivals. For your convenience, special shuttle buses to Royal Holloway will be organised to and from these two hotels (on Monday evening, Tuesday morning and evening and Wednesday morning). If you are unable to book at the Hilton or the Hyatt due to a significant increase in rates or a lack of availability, please inform the HL-LHC secretariat as soon as possible, as we may be able to add stops at the Radisson and/or the Leonardo on request if necessary.
