Lunches
Lunch will be provided free of charge to participants and served in the Foyer area of the Windsor Building.
A working lunch buffet will be available each day, featuring a chef's selection. The menu may include an assortment of sandwiches, wraps, and salads, complemented by items such as fresh crudités with hummus, spring rolls, crisps, and tortilla chips. A selection of sweet treats, including tarts and macaroons, as well as a fresh fruit platter, will also be offered.
Each lunch will include one cold canned beverage per participant.

Welcome drink
The HL-LHC Project Management and the Local Organising Committee (LOC) are pleased to invite participants of the Collaboration Meeting to a welcome drinks reception on Monday, 14 September, at 6:00 p.m. The event will be held in the Picture Gallery. Please register using the registration form to confirm your attendance.

Collaboration Banquet
Following the welcome reception, the HL-LHC Project Management and the Local Organising Committee (LOC) are delighted to invite participants of the Collaboration Meeting to the traditional banquet, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Founders Dining Hall.
To secure your place, please register via the registration form at your earliest convenience. As capacity is limited, registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
