This is the second circular of the international conference "The Modern Physics of Neutron Stars and Relativistic Gravity", which will take place in Yerevan, Armenia, September 18-21, 2013, at the Department of Physics of Yerevan State University. We thank you for registering for this conference.
At this time we are glad to inform you that we have secured the funding of the conference from all our sponsors and, as indicated in the first circular, we will drop the conference fee. Furthermore, some limited funds will be available to support participants from abroad upon request.
We ask you to check if you have provided the abstract of your contribution, which will be used for the abstract book of the conference. (For this purpose go to the web site of the conference https://indico.cern.ch/confRegistrationFormDisplay.py/modify?confId=215145 and click on the link "Modify my registration" available on the left.) You can also submit your abstract directly to the web administrator at colucci@th.physik.uni-frankfurt.de
We do not plan to send out formal invitation letters, but if you need one for obtaining a visa or for the administrative purposes at your home institute please contact us.
There was a recent change of visa regulations for citizens of the EU member-states and the Schengen states. They are now exempted from the visa requirement and can stay in Armenia without a visa within a period of up to 180 days per year.
