Call for Abstracts

  • Opening day
  • Submission deadline

There are two steps to submitting the abstract, both of which are described in full below:

  1. Use the online submission to submit an abstract that has no formatting or figures.
  2. In addition to the online submission, please email a formatted (according to the template described below) version of the abstract to hfi2010@cern.ch .

Prior to submitting an abstract, please register for a lightweight or external CERN email account first. This will allow you to then log in to the abstract submission system on this website. The link for creating such an account is here.

If you already possess a full CERN account then you may log in with this instead.

It is not possible to include pictures (and advanced formatting) using the online submission. Therefore, in addition to the online submission, we will provide a formatted book of abstracts for the conference. To ensure that this has a uniform look we kindly request that you format your abstract according to the following template.

This abstract will enable you to insert a figure, or perform additional formatting which may help to present your work better than the online submission. The abstract should then be emailed to the conference secretariat at hfi2010@cern.ch . The subject of the email should contain the following: "Author's name --- formatted abstract for HFI2010".

The conference proceedings will be published in a special issue of Hyperfine Interactions. Further details about the preparation of manuscripts can be found here.

The maximum number of submissions, i.e. as presenting author, to the conference is two per person.

Language: English
