What: The focus of industrial participation for this event  is:

- superconducting strands and cables for high-field magnet developments
- high-precision, additive manufacturing technologies involving superconducting materials
- measurement, testing and protection systems for superconducting magnet developments

Industry fast track:

A dedicated fast-track session gives industry partners the possibility to efficiently present their company in a seven minute presentation slot. This permits exhibitors to inform the audience efficiently and to effectively communicate the company's main experience and expertise.

Industrial exhibition:

An industrial exhibition is organized to encourage contacts and collaboration between industrial partners, technical experts and decision makers. Exhibit booths are positioned to maximize interaction opportunities between conference participants and exhibitors. In the same area coffee breaks are organized.

Only a limited number of eight exhibit booths are initially available to make the event efficient and to keep it focused to the main topics. We recommend therefore to apply early, before December 31st 2014. The reservation becomes definitive only after receipt of full payment (see payment conditions below).

Exhibitor Package:

  • One 8' x 3' (2.4 x 0.9 m) booth with a table, two chairs, drape walls, 8' (2.4 m) high (image, image with measures);
  • 3' (0.9 m) high and 3' (0.9 m) long side drape;
  • One 6' (1.8 m) wide table

  • 7" x 44" (17 cm x 111 cm) company name sign
  • One 4' x 8' (1.2 x 2.4 m) free standing poster board, grey fabric on demand (please indicate in form);
  • Wireless internet access at the booth;
  • Electrical connection for the booth (110 V AC);
  • Spot illumination (low consumption) on demand (please indicate in form);
  • One full delegate registration, including Welcome Reception, Banquet, Continental breakfast and Coffee breaks from workshop days;
  • Recognition on conference website, in printed programs, information slides shown by conference organisers, reports of the workshop to funding agencies;
  • Possibility to distribute advertisement and information material at workshop registration desk;
  • Coverage in event article on after the event.

Exhibit hours:

The exhibition will take place from Monday, March 23 to Thursday, March 26, 2015 from 8:00 to 17:30 pm (4 days).

Exhibitors should set up their booth on Sunday, March 22 between 15:00 and 19:00. Local organisers will be available to supervise the installation process.

Exhibitors must remove their displays on Friday, March 27 between 8:00 and 12:00 (noon).
Exhibitors are kindly asked to pack and prepare their displays for removal on Friday morning on Thursday evening (March 28).

Shipping instructions:

Particular regulations on goods and items intended to be shown are laid out in the "Exhibitor Contract Rules & Regulations", which can be found as an Annex of the "Industrial Exhibit Contract Agreement".

Exhibitors are required to fill in an application form and return the form by email.

After payment, exhibitors fill in and sign the Industrial Exhibit Contract Agreement (digital or paper) and return the form by e-mail.


The industry partner and exhibitor package cost is 2950 CHF (about $ 3'000 USD).


Exhibitors apply for the reservation of the exhibit space by filling out the application form (Word, pdf) and returning it by email to before January 30th, 2015. Assignment of the exhibitor space is subject to acceptance by the organisers of the event.

Upon acceptance notification, exhibitors register on the Web site, selecting the Exhibition Pass option.

All exhibitors must be registered as an exhibitor. This registration includes the full workshop attendance fee for one person. All extra exhibitor associates are required to register as ordinary workshop attendees.

Conditions of Payment:

Upon receipt and acceptance of the exhibition application form, and within 30 calendar days, the exhibitor will be invoiced for the payment of the full amount due for the exhibition booth.
