Participants are kindly requested to book their own accommodation. Mid-June is a highly touristic season, and hotel prices can rise rapidly. We recommend participants to book their accommodation well in advance.
Geographical setup:
- The Museum is in central Madrid, on the main north-south axis of Castellana street. All scientific sessions take place there during three days
- The UAM campus where IFT is is outside the city to the north, in the prolongation of that axis. All scientific sessions take place there during two days
There is a nice and direct train between the Museum area and the UAM campus. It has a stop right in the middle of the campus (Cantoblanco Universidad station) and can be boarded on the Castellana street near the museum (Atocha station) and on other points in that axis, as well as on the very centric Sol station.
