On, Monday October 13, there will be a plenary session including:
- News on the build-up of the collaboration, News from LHCC.
- Charge to the meeting
- A few invited plenary talks (MPGD R&D in Japan, streamer and discharges,... )
- The WG3 session on Applications
On Tuesday, October 14, the sessions will go parallel in 3 rooms for working groups 1,2,4,5,6,7 in the time slots 9-12:30 and 14-17:00.
The Collaboration Board meeting wil follow in the Amphitheatre.
There will be a Collaboration Dinner in the vicinity of the meeting place.
On Wednesday October 15 there will be a possibility of continuation of the parallel sessions, and a plenary session with the reports from the working groups.
