Description

The decay of pair produced sparticles to the lightest supersymmetric particle via intermediate supersymmetric particles can yield final states with two opposite sign electrons or muons, jets, and missing transverse momentum. The searches performed by the ATLAS collaboration on this final state are reported, using data recorded at 13 TeV centre of mass energy. This includes two related searches, one searching at deviations from the Standard Model prediction on a wide range of values of the di-lepton invariant mass, the other one focusing on the region of the Z boson peak.
