August 2, 2016: All manuscript submitted to the proceedings of Low-x 2016 are cordially invited to the online-only, free to read and free of charge journal JCEGI, to its second volume on Special Topics in High Energy Physics. See details on the proceedings sub-page. Deadline for submission is October 15, 2016.
July 20: Proceedings information added to the website
June 22: Invoices were e-mailed to all the Low-x 2016 participants. The mailing of the original (physical) copies has been started and is expected to be completed by the end of this week.
June 21: The proceedings of Low-x 2016 will published, free of charge, as a Special Edition of the online-only journal of KRF called "Central European Journal of Green Innovation - High Energy Physics series vol. 2". Deadline for submission will be September 15, suggested page limits are 6-8 pages depending on the lenght of the presentation but due to the online only nature of the journal page limits will not be strictly enforced. Style files etc will be made public by July 15 the latest.
June 20: Invoices for all the Low-x 2016 participants were prepared and duly signed by the Finance Department of Wigner RPC. We started the process of e-mailing their copies to the participants. The original copies will be also sent by ordinary mail. Pardon us for the delay in e-mailing out these copies.
June 17: If you have made some nice photo (or video) of Low-x 2016, please e-mail the link or the pics to Máté Csanád, Secretary of Low-x 2016 at csanad@elte.hu .

June 6: KRF Rector Ilona Helgertné Dr. Szabó conferred the title of Honorary Professor on Christophe Royon, Chair of Low-x 2016 IAC. Congratulations! See some nice photos of Christopne and our Rector: photo1, photo2.
June 6: Low-x 2016 was opened by Christophe Royon, Chair of IAC, Tamás Csörgő, Chair of LOC. Participants were greeted by the top level leadership of Károly Róbert University College (KRF), headed by Rector Ilona Helgertné Dr. Szabó, Vice-Rector Dr. László Szegedi and Chancellor Dr. Tamás Csomós.
May 31: All requests in Károly Róbert Student Hostel confirmed and these participants were all informed about their total Low-x 2016 expenses, so that they can cross-check this in advance. List of Low-x 2016 supporters is updated.
May 30: Conference dinner on Thursday, June 9: Wine tasting in Bárdos and Son Winery confirmed, Hungarian Folklore Program with Tomory Folkdance School is confirmed.
May 29: Registration to Low-x 2016 is closed. Current activity: accounting, preparing and sending arrival information to the participants.
May 29: Practical information is updated about the conference bus and conference hotel addresses and contacts.
May 24: Preliminary programme is available and is updated from time to time here.
May 24: Late registration will be closed on Sunday, May 29, 2016, to give ample time to print badges, and invoices.
May 23: Additional *** hotels were reserved to match the request from the participants, these are Hotel Anna ***, Hotel Mátra Vital *** and Hotel Mátra Sástó ***. Local transportation is organized and we are in the process of informing participants about their final housing allocation.
