The accommodation of the participants is foreseen in the four-star Crystal Palace Boutique Hotel, http://www.crystalpalace-sofia.com. It is situated in the heart of the city and yet in a very quiet and green area. One may see a map here.
For the event the rate for single occupancy of a standard room per night, including breakfast, will be 90 euro. We have reserved a block of rooms for the participants provided registration is made before 15.09.2016. If you wish to stay there, indicate this on your registration form and do not make separate booking!
According to the COST rules, the payment must be made individually by each participant. No invoices are needed. COST reimburses a flat rate of up to 120 EUR per night.
If you wish to stay in another hotel, indicate this on the registration form and make your own booking.
