Submission deadline
The submission of abstracts is opened till 15 April 2017. Abstracts will be reviewed by session convenors. The submitter will recieve an email notificaiton whether an abstract is accepted by the end of April or earlier.
Important : It is required to have a CERN account to submit an abstract using Indico (the account is used for communication with the programme committee). CERN provides a lightweight version of the account for users who do not have a regular CERN account to get access to certain CERN applications. If that is your case, please visit https://account.cern.ch/account/Externals to open the external account and use it to submit your abstract. Alternatively, you can also send it by email, though this approach is much less preferred.
