USCMS Phase-2 Forward Muon Upgrade Workshop

Accomodation

We have blocked a number of rooms in three local hotels, all of which meet the GSA per diem requirements ($110 per night before tax). You can choose any one of them, or book your own hotel, but we do request that you inform us of where you will be staying so we can take care of your transportation to and from campus.

You will have to provide a credit card number to make a reservation. All reservations have to be made on or before the group room block release date (see the "Cut-Off Date" for each option). Of the three options (they all cost the same), Hilton is an older hotel, but the rooms there are likely the nicest of the three options; Hampton Inn is on the simpler side, but it is the only one that is a walking distance to campus (about 10 minutes walk); Vineyard Court is in the middle in terms of the comfort, but their suites are the most spacious and include kitchenettes in case you plan on your own cooking. If you have questions or need any assistance, please contact the organizers.
