Dear participant of MPCS2017,
Herewith we provide some final information on the meeting:
* Arrival at the Zvartnots Airport:
Upon arrival, you can exchange currency at an exchange office prior to the passport control. The taxi fare to the city should be around or less than 5.000 AMD (an equivalent of 9 Euro) if you haven’t arranged for a taxi pick-up with us. Aero-Taxi or Media-C located at the entrance to the arrival hall provide taxi services 24 hours per day upon request.
* The venue of the conference:
The meeting will be held at the „Palyan Hall“ which is located at the Campus of Yerevan State University at Alex Manoogian str. 1. This hall is located on the 4 floor of a corridor adjacent to the central building of the university. The 18 of September is a school-free day and the central building might be locked. Signs will be posted at the central building on how to enter the building and find the venue.
* The conference fee:
We apologise in advance that at this time the conference fee can be collected only in cash in local currency or in Euro during the registration. The registration will take place at the venue (Palyan Hall) starting 8:00, 18 September, Monday.
* The excursion:
We are planning an excursion on Wednesday at 12:30 to the Sevan Lake. Please put your name on the excursion list at the registration, so that we can estimate the number of people planning to join this event.
* The social dinner:
The social dinner will take place on Wednesday evening starting 19:00 at the restaurant "Old Yerevan" at Tumanyan str. 2. (corner with the North avenue.)
