This year the Proceedings of TWEPP will be made available on Proceedings of Science (https://pos.sissa.it/).
The standard templates necessary for the preparation of manuscripts (in both TeX and Word format) and instructions for the preparation of your document can be downloaded from this link . Please download the templates to prepare your written contribution.
Publishing these contributions will be completely free of charge for the authors and for their Institutes.
Please notice that this year the contributions will be limited strictly to four five pages, all included. Longer manuscripts will be automatically rejected.
Authors willing to publish longer papers, are invited to submit a regular contribution to JINST. Such contributions will be subject to the normal JINST acceptance procedures and peer-reviewed by JINST Editors and Reviewers.

Closing date for submission of Proceedings
Please notice that this year the closing date for submission of written contributions will be October 16. No extension will be granted, without exception.
Authors will receive instructions on how to upload their documents on the POS server by email after the Workshop.

As set of guidelines are available here for the preparation of well structured, relevant, concise and clear contributions.
Please read these suggestions carefully before submitting your paper.
Make also sure that your paper is read and properly reviewed by all co-authors, especially the senior ones. Please remember that the role of the reviewer will be to correct factual and technical inaccuracies, and not to ameliorate style, readjust structure or generally improve poor quality of a manuscript. Responsibility for what gets published will ultimately be only with the signatories of the paper.
