Participants are requested to register before the 8th of June and pay in advance by credit card or bank transfer. No cash payment will be possible.
The fee covers the coffee breaks, four lunches (Monday through Thursday) and the social dinner for the attendee.
Registration fees (for academic partipants) :
- Early registration : 170 € (before and including May 31, 2017)
- Late registration : 190 € (after May 31, 2017 and before June 8, 2017)
Partial attendance :
- 1 day : 70 €
- 2 days : 120 €
Accompanying person to the social dinner :
- Social dinner : 50 € (before June 8, 2017)

The registration procedure is handled through a specific website so-called "Azur Colloque". Please use the "Register" blue button below...
- It is recommended that you complete the registration along with the payment in one go ! Partially completed registrations can not be retrieved and, in some cases, a new registration with the same email address can result in error : you are already registered to this conference ! Please email us if this occurs.
- In the fouth page, please choose the category "HSF2017 participant", "Accompanying person" as appropriate.
- Following successful registration and payment, you will receive an invoice at the email address provided.
Accompanying person : ,We will not be able to take payments during the workshop for an accompanying person who would like to attend the social dinner. Please register following the instructions above, under the "Accompanying person" category. Please use another email address than the one you used for the attendee, otherwise the system will reject the registration!
