The HSF workshop will use 4 conference rooms at LAPP :
- Marcel Vivargent Auditorium (capacity 211)
- 'Petit Amphi' (capacity 54) not available on wednesday. This room will be used for a thesis defence.
- 'Salle des Sommets' (capacity 34)
- 'Salle des fourmis' (capacity 20)

WIFI : either eduroam or lapp-guest wireless access (personal code will be given with your nametag) are available
Lunches will be served in the cafeteria 'Tom Morel' 1mn walk down to LAPP entrance on the other side of the turnaround.
