Welcome BBQ
A welcome BBQ is organised at La Foresta on Monday 4 September in the evening, starting at 6pm. Every participant is welcome to join the Welcome BBQ. Please indicate in the registration form whether you plan on attending the Welcome BBQ and indicate any dietary requirements.
Networking Cocktail
On Tuesday evening, you are all invited to mingle and interact with each other, with the lecturers, some past lecturers who are also invited, as well as additional guests from the Marie Curie Alumni Network and Fulbright Scholars.

Kayak / Canoe trip
On Thursday, you will be guided along the Dijle river, which crosses Leuven, for an afternoon of peaceful excitement. Make sure to bring swimwear in your suitcase!
