We reserved a number of rooms at a special rate in the hotel “Apollo”. It is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance to the conference venue. Mention “POETIC 8” when making a reservation for the special rate.
We reserved:
- 10 single standard rooms, 70 € per night,
- 22 double standard rooms, 75 € per night for a single person, 92 € for two persons
- 8 double superior rooms, 80 € per night for a single person, 102 € for two persons
Prices include breakfast buffet.
All rooms are non-smoking rooms with shower or bathtub, lavatory, hairdryer, alarm clock, TV, phone, room safe, minibar, and WLAN.
If you decide to choose a different option, we recommend to use one of the well-know booking platforms. There is a great variety of hotels in all price ranges. The downtown area with its historic center features a number of hotels. Public transportation from/to the historic center is very good. A bus ride to the conference venue will take about 10 minutes.
