The conference fee pays for half board (Sunday March 25th - Saturday 31st March) i.e. dinner and coffee breaks every day. Half board for extra days is 28 euros per day per person. The room reservations are allocated on a first come first served basis, so please make your reservation as early as possible. When the rooms are sold out we can not guarantee a room. These prices remain valid for the days before and after the conference if someone extends her/his stay.
For people who share a room just one has to register right now. She/he has to guarantee the reservation by credit card.
