The deadline for abstract submission and conference registration is 1st February 2018. Both are done by clicking on the registration link. One can register immediately, and submit an abstract later.
The conference fee is 300 Euros and includes all dinners from Sunday till Friday, and all coffee breaks. Breakfast is included in the hotel rate. The conference fee is due on the first day of the conference. The accompanying person fee is 180 Euros, which will include all dinners (breakfasts is included with the room booking). ATMs are located in the town center in Deshaies, a 5 minute drive from the hotel. For those that will not have a car, we recommend that you obtain the euros before you arrive e.g. at the airport. The fee is payable euros and cash only.
