A list of the participants to the ARIES Low Emittance Ring Workshop has been sent to the security service in order to enable access to the CERN site.
Within the working hours. please go the CERN reception, building 33, with your passport or ID card specifying you come for the ARIES Workshop.
Outside the working hours, please go to the Entrance B, security guard, with your passport or ID card specifying you come for the ARIES Workshop. if you stay at the CERN Hostel, please provide your booking confirmation.
A badge will be given to you on Monday morning during the registration formalities and you will be able to use for the 3 day through the Main Entrance and Building 33.
