First Circular

Please find below information regarding the Bus transportation offered from and to the school. As well, below there is information about the poster session and the poster format. You will need to read carefully these information in order to arrange properly your trip to the school and to print your poster in the right format.

Bus transportation

The school will offer transportation to all participants and it is included in the registration fee. There will be buses taking the participants from and to the Munich airport and from and to the Max-Plank-Institute for Physics (Munich City, metro line U6). Also, there will be transportation from the Invisibles School to Karlsruhe for the Invisibles Workshop.

 

Please check below the times and arrange your trip accordingly.

 

Arrival on Monday, 27 August 2018

 

 *  Bus 1 From the Munich Airport to the School

      Pick-up time: 13:00 h

      Pick-up point: to be announced 
      Bus 1 From Max Planck Physics (City)

      Pick-up time: 13:30 h
      Pick-up point: in front of the Max Planck building (get inside the institute area, at the front yard)

 

 *  Bus 2: Same as Bus 1 with

      Pick-up time airport: 17:00 h

      Pick-up time Max Planck Physics: 17:30 h

 

Departure on Sunday, 2 September 2018

 

 *  Bus 3 From the School to the Munich Airport:
      Pick-up time: 9:00 h
      Pick-up point: Hotel
      First stop Munich airport around 11:30 h

      Second stop Max Planck front yard around 12:15 h


 *  Bus 4 From the School to Karlsruhe
      Pick-up time: 9:00 h
      Pick-up point: Hotel

     Arrival around 13:30 h

 

Poster session

You need to bring your final poster in format A1.Posters will be mounted on the first morning and remain on display during the full school period. For the formal poster session on Wednesday at 17:00 you will be assigned in two groups A and B. Group A is required to be next to their poster from 17:00-17:30 and group B from 17:30 to 18:00. Notice that there is no printing facility onsite.
