Accommodation for participants is pre-booked at St Anne's College. Reservation is done as part of the registration for the school and the fee covers the accommodation as well. Breakfast is included on all days. Rooms are modern single rooms with ensuite bathroom. Wireless connection is available in the rooms.
On arrival, please collect the keys at the Porter's Lodge, located at the entrance of St Anne's College. You can check-in on Sunday, 5 August, from 13:00 onwards. Check out is on Sunday, 12 August, by 10:00, with complimentary and secure luggage store available at the Porter's Lodge.
Cycling and smoking are not permitted on the College grounds. Walking on the lawns is allowed, unlike in many other Oxford Colleges.
