* 6.00/p.m. : arrival of the guests by the gate C and tickets are distributed by the hostess
* Individual cloakroom tickets for each participant and restitution of the cloakroom at the Restaurant level (luggages and suitcases are forbidden inside the Museum).
* Open access to the permanent and temporary collections with a lenghth of the visit at your own choice. Open access to the library and to the gift shop.
* 8.00/9.00 p.m. at the latest : dinner (median level)
* Dinner served in a part of the Grande Salle à manger (the restaurant is accessible to visitors with a museum ticket entrance).
11.30 p.m. : Closing time
