The registration procedure to the LHeC/FCCeh and PERLE Workshop is in two steps: preregistration and registration. Registration will be finalized only when the two steps will be completed
The only registration method available is through the conference web site, as it places your details directly into our database, and where you can pay by credit card or bank transfer - We will not have onsite registration and advance payment for registration is strongly encouraged

For IN2P3/CNRS labs members please provide us with an order form for payment. Organisers will validate your preregistration and you will receive by email the link to proceed to the next step of the registration.
Otherwise you can also pay directly by credit card or bank transfer.
- Registration fee is 180 euros
- Accompanying person* (for dinner only) is 50 euros
- Registration fee includes: the costs associated with the meeting space, morning and afternoon coffee breaks for the 3 days, lunches, Welcome reception and the dinner on Thursday 28th.
- A confirmation for your participation in the conference dinner will be asked. The registration fee is not reduced in case you could not attend the conference dinner.
*Accompanying person:
You will have the possibility to register as an accompanying person. In that case, only the social dinner on Thursday 28th is to be paid (50 €). To register for the dinner, an accompanying person has to follow the same steps as described above (pre-registration, validation and payment) but using a different email. Please send us an email with the name of the accompanying person to help us to validate the registation.
