Conference dinner
The conference dinner will take place at the Casino Morges, situated directly at the lake in Morges, on Thursday 30 August at 19:30h after the parallel sessions. The fee is 80 CHF per person (including bus transfer, apéro, 3-course meal and drinks (water, wine, beer, but not any stronger spirits)). Registration for the dinner must take place when registering to the conference via the main registration form.
You can choose between 3 main courses:
- Rumpsteak cuit entier à basse température... (→ "Beef")
- Suprême de volaille farci à la Duxelles de champignons... (→"Poultry")
- Trofie aux champignons et à l’épinard... (→ "Vegetarian")
Important: Since we have to plan ahead with the restaurant, it is not possible to register for the dinner on site.
